When will I receive my item(s)?

We ship all orders out the same or next day of purchase excluding Sundays and holidays. Most items will ship USPS Priority Mail which is 1-3 days. Some items will ship USPS First Class which is 2-5 days. Contact us if you need it sooner, we can upgrade your order to an expedited shipping service.

Do you ship international?

Yes, we ship internationally! Please visit our Etsy shop for all orders. Please note that customers are responsible for any custom fees that your country may have. Typical international shipping times are 2-3 weeks but this all depends on your county’s customs times.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on any unused items within 30 days for any reason. All food products must be unopened with original seal. Please contact us before returning your item. You will be responsible for shipping fees unless of course there was a misrepresentation on our part. Misrepresentation does not include any color or contrast variations on monitors or wear and tear on antique or vintage items.

Do you do custom orders?

Due to time constraints, we no longer do custom orders.

Are all your artisan items hand made by you?

Most of our hand made items are indeed hand made by us but we also carry antique, vintage and hand crafted items that are curated by us. Hand made and vintage items will be clearly specified.

Are all your food products organic?

Yes, we use only organic ingredients in all of our food products, including our teas. We grow and harvest much of our produce ourselves and we source some of it from local farms.

How long have you been in business?

We have been in business since 2012.

What is your lifetime craftsmanship guarantee?

We offer a lifetime guarantee on the craftsmanship of ALL of our handmade items that are made by us. This means that if your handmade item breaks or becomes damaged due to a flaw in the craftsmanship, we will fix it free of charge as long as you are able to send us all of the components and there are no missing pieces. You will be responsible for shipping charges both ways. This guarantee does not apply to normal wear and tear, nor does it apply to any vintage materials used in our process as we cannot guarantee materials that are not new.

Vintage items – We only purchase what we deem to be of high quality when we hand select our vintage jewelry / items. Each piece is hand inspected by us before listing and again before shipping. However, we cannot offer a craftsmanship guarantee on any of our vintage items because we do not know the items history or age. For this reason, we suggest that when purchasing any fine jewelry that you have it inspected during the return policy period by a jeweler (this is usually a free service) for peace of mind and to reveal any defects that are not visible to a non professional. If any issues arise, you can return the item within 30 days for a full refund.
